It is incredibly important to have data from free and charitable clinics. By joining PCHC, you are agreeing to complete the national survey, usually sent during February. *

DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE WHO IS AUTHORIZED TO VOTE

As per the Bylaws of the Pennsylvania Charitable Healthcare Coalition, each Member Clinic may designate one (1) duly appointed representative who shall be entitled to one vote for each matter presented to the Members. A Voting Member may vote in person or by authorizing in writing another representative of your organization to act on behalf (“proxy”) of the Voting Member. A proxy is valid for a maximum of eleven (11) months from the date of its execution unless otherwise provided in the proxy.

MEETINGS OF THE MEMBERS:

The Pennsylvania Charitable Healthcare Coalition is required to hold at least one annual meeting of the Members of the Corporation at a time and place designated by the Board of Directors. The election of Directors will take place at this meeting in accordance with the parameters set forth in the Bylaws.

Special Meetings of the Members may be called by the President, by a majority of the Directors, or by a written petition of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Voting Members as defined below.

Technology may be utilized to facilitate participation in meetings and to take votes and other actions. This includes the use of conference telephone, or other technology-supported communication means, including, without limitations, the Internet.
